HAPPY DAY

What a range of happy clothes were worn as we all enjoyed this annual event. 😊😊HARVEST FESTIVAL

The children all enjoyed a special Harvest Festival assembly led by Reverend Faye. Thank you for the generous donations for local food banks.

RECEPTION SPONSORED BOUNCE

Thank you for all the families that were able to join us either in person or on zoom for this exciting event. Thank you for your generosity. The reception children will be choosing new equipment for their outside areas.

FOOTBALL

What a busy couple of weeks we have had. Both squads have been training hard and enjoying competing against other schools. The girls played really well in a Castle Point and Rochford festival. They progressed out of the group stage and won a penalty shoot out in both the quarter and semi-finals, narrowly loosing the final but finished with a silver medal. The boys’ team have had a good start to the season. They beat West Leigh in the Parish Cup (9-a-side) and will play Oakfield next. They finished 4^th out of 20 teams in the area 7-a-side competition.

The children behaved beautifully while they had their photos taken. I hope you were pleased with the results.

DISCOS

 

What fun we all had wearing our party clothes, dancing with our friends, and making new friends. Thank you to all the staff giving up their time to run the discos.

BIKEABILITY

Our first group of Year 6 children are in the middle of their bikeability course. They have been working really hard with the trainers to progress from the playground onto the road.

FLU IMMUNISATION

This has taken place this week. If your child missed this and you would like them immunised, we will forward details of clinics that you can take them to when we receive this information.
